We have a firm belief that retention of learning is key to the success of the training intervention and we don’t like to be away from this responsibility.
Post training support is essential in all training situations as it provides participants with further support and skills development. It enhances exisiting trainings as well as future training plans and continous improvement to promote new practice. CODEV offers its participants another opportunity and additional useful feedback in an organized manner to reinforce what was learned a second time.
Thus, at the end of the training program, Mentees will receive a personal ID and a password allowing them to discuss and exchange technical information with our team.
In order to guarantee the durability and effeciency of our trainings a post training support is provided to pave the way for a better learning retention and applicability of the learning outcome. We put at your disposal a continous assistance through attentive listening and dialogue for a whole year starting from the ending date of the training session.
